Many times our sessions are conducted with teams from a single organization, but not everyone has the luxury of combining training with team building, along with hands-on beginning of practical execution.  
If that's not you, we've got you.

Throughout the year we do Open sessions a handful of times.  We're also happy to schedule something for small groups!  Just let us know!

Half-day webinars are ideal balance of time and cost for focused teams and those who don't yet have a specific opportunity to tackle.  We introduce worksheets and discuss using them. 

Full day workshops are ideal for those who want to walk away with more than a planned approach as we work through worksheets and begin execution of strategy development, tactical planning, information gathering and communications creation.

Cohorts, whether of single organization or not otherwise affiliated groups bring significant advantages to the learning and practical application and so we encourage them strongly!!
